BIO:
I work in acrylics and oils to create landscapes, both traditional and surrealistic. I employ established technical resources of painting to recreate the places I have been physically, or in dreams, or places I travel to when I listen to music. The final products are what many call representational imagery, or figurative painting.

My work belongs to a general movement in painting which seeks to reconcile this art form after its complete dismantlement in the last century by postmodernism. This is an exciting period for the rebirth of figurative painting at different cultural levels, and my enthusiasm for this development informs all the paintings I produce.
