Artist’s Statement:
I spent a lot of years teaching art to middle and high school students .

I’ve been doing clay more years than I would like to remember .
Over the years , my clay skills have gotten better.
In fact, I’ve won several awards; best of show! and honorable mentions … but, I’m not really keeping track of them.

My hope is that you can find a smile when you have a moment to take a look.

Teaching public school requires energy, and a sense of humor. I try to use that old energy and humor in my work.
